Small Print & Legal Stuff
This page sets out some of our basic expectations, just so that you know where we stand.
This Is What We Expect From Our Entertainers
When the entertainer accepts a booking, we expect them to perform to the best of their ability. We expect an entertainer to tell Tina's Talent Agency (TTA) if they are unwell so that we can have another entertainer stand by to perform the engagement. We expect the entertainer to have all of their bookings originally handled by TTA continue to be handled by TTA unless we have agreed in writing (in advance) to a different arrangement. We ask any entertainer that has been directly contacted by a client that has originally been booked through TTA for a future booking to inform TTA, respectfully, to handle the booking(s).
This Is What We Expect From You The Hirer
We appreciate your business and we hope you will appreciate ours. Any entertainers mentioned on our website and/or our advertising should please only be hired through Tina's Talent Agency. We, and not the entertainer, will let you know if we have a written agreement with the entertainer that changes this. We expect you to pay the entertainer for the booking you have made through us. Please let us know as soon as you can of any outbreaks of any changes of plan so that we can discuss these with the entertainer. We generally do not charge for cancellations due to an outbreak or other unforseen circumstances, but it is expected for the booking to be rescheduled when and if possible.
Tina's Talent Agency, and not the entertainer, will deal directly with the hirer on any matters arising from the booking including late payments, and your feedback and comments on the suitability of that particular entertainer for your needs on that day. Tina's Talent Agency is always learning and growing, so we appreciate your comments. We also get comments from our entertainers and we will be happy to share these through Tina's Idea's, our websites, advertising, and in talking with you.
